ABOUT US

Company introduction

Vinshun&Wensport (Danyang) Garment Co.,Ltd is an intelligent technology company with more than 20 years experience in New Product Design and garments development, manufacture and brand operation, established in 2005 and covers an area of 18 acre, owning the factory area of 12,000 square meters. We also set an office in Shanghai which better to service customers.　

　
We are specialized in Sailing wear ,ski wear, outdoor wear, training wear. We are also good at down styles,cap, Gloves and technician pants. The Products have been exported to market Europe, America and Australia, We have 4 weaving lines and 1 knitting line with more than 250 Production employees.　

　
We are always implemented 6S on-site management throughout the entire production process. From the material warehouse , we adopt the ERP order system for precise management;cutting workshop, which has applied automatic cutting machine equipment to improve production efficiency;sewing workshop, possesses numbers of world-class garment production machines from Germany and Japan, which are used on laser cutting, heat pressing, seams taping and template quilted etc. We combine industry-leading equipment with digital management.　

　
Diligently study, Actively innovate-- We have a professional R&D department which consciously pursue rigorous, dedicated, and excellence, through participating in exhibitions, exchange the advanced ideas to exploring the latest fashion, function trends and materials in the market, we independently develop more than 300 styles every year, which enriched the choices of customers.　

　
Proficient in craftsmanship, craftsmanship in heart-- The spirit of craftsman is always the unique temperament of Vinshun people: whatever fabrics or accessories, Vinshun uses a supply chain that meets international and domestic standards. All products must be repeatedly tested by the Vinshun laboratory. All products premised delivered must passed our own QC initial/middle/final inspection or final inspection by customer. We are certified by RDS and BSCI every year.
